Hi, my name is Nick and I have been a voice impressionist for a while now. I discovered this skill by accident after saying one of Gandalf's lines from Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings (I can't remember which line it was). I recorded it, played it back to myself and realised "That wasn't bad at all". For nearly a year I just had a nifty trick to impress new people every so often but then after meeting Michelle Gomez (Missy in Doctor Who) who was very impressed by my impression of her costar Peter Capaldi (the Twelfth Doctor in Doctor Who), I started posting my impressions online. That was really just so I could have all my voices in the same place with some kind of organisation but now I feel this is the next step. I now am doing unpaid voice work to gain credibility so people will start paying me for this and one day I hope to turn this into a career.
