I come from a live-action filmmaking background. I have been making movies since 2012. I have a BFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy. I have multiple short films on my directing filmography as well as a handful of music videos. I worked as a Media Manager for an Indie music label from April 2013 to August 2014. I have worked as a visual effect artist on multiple projects and I've acquired various credits as a Director of photography, sound mixer, and post-production sound mixer and editor. I have directed an independent feature film that was released in 2015 and have another feature film under my belt. I have a web series called Harbor City that is currently still in development.  I am currently developing a Short Animated Series. I am a Voice Actor
A mimic since a young age with some brief experience acting on stage. Between the mid 1990s and 2000s Simon lived in London spending countless hours recording, often through the night, to tape, before handing in the keys to the studio to work in social housing. Simon now lives in South East Queensland with his Australian wife and children but has never stopped playing around with audio, trying out far too many recorders and interfaces and satisfying his then undiagnosed ADHD by trying out various unrelated career paths. After substituting for the regular voice on an internet ad and winning microphones on a couple of podcast competitions, he has come full circle recording and doing a little audio restoration while working as a disability support worker.

I'm a grant-awarded and prized writer of commercially published essays, short fiction, sketch, and humor. I've also trained and performed in improv and comedy theatre [The Second City (US), The PIT (US), The Maydays (UK), Lightbulb Improv (AU)], edited, produced, conceptualised and voiced podcasts, and toured with bands (cello, piano, voice)!-While finishing my PhD I found myself working as a composer and an in-studio voice actor on a series of indie and commercial projects.
