Frustrated with the lack of direction and growth, Zack decides it's time for a change once Kimberly returns as Promethea's new government sanctioned Ranger, and kicks all of Zordon's rules to the curb in joining her new crusade in expanding the scope of Power Rangers in the world, along with revealing his secret identity to the public.

The instant fame and fortune seem like the overdue boon he's deserved--Hip Hop Kido becoming a massive martial arts franchise, and endless attention from the ladies that leave Angela the one finally chasing him. But, as Zack discovers, overnight celebrity and sucess carry its own set of dangers...
