Travelers are more sophisticated Wastelanders. Often originating from the lands of the NCR, they have come to the Mojave to seek their fortune - often at the gates of New Vegas.
This Traveler has made it big in Vegas, and is on her way back to California with her husband. Having stopped in Novac for supplies, she stops and buys a couple of Dinosaur toys, much to her husband's annoyance.
