 A mad scientist weevil who was exiled from the Ant Kingdom due to unethical experimentation. He is nosy and invasive, and very eager to offer up experiments to willing test subjects.

I am looking for a medium male voice that holds an air of sinister mystery. While the voice should be near raspy, it should not be quiet, openly conversing while offering the chance to get more test subjects.
