Since his personality is shaped by who he interacts with, his way of talking resembles each of the main characters. Don't use robot filters...at least, if there's some kind of filter, it needs to be very little. And no echo,
He copied Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Rouge, Cream and Shadow. So I guess it's save to say anything that would fit those characters, also goes well with Emerl. Just keep in mind that his Voice should be a younger sounding one compared to for example Knuckles or Shadow.
