He wears a hood and covers his entire face with a mask which alters his voice, making it sound more menacing and slightly robotic. His voice is somewhat higher pitched, and crazy sounding. He takes sadistic pleasure in the bloodshed of the resistance. He has the ability to morph his hands into any kind of weapon he wants (blaster, blade, hammer, etc). Voice changer is highly recommended.
