PERSONALITY & BACKGROUND:
Rusty Jones is an old man that got the worst run of bad luck. He was robbed of everything he had and kicked out of the casinos. He now preaches on the street trying to steer possible customers away from the Strip (Vegas Strip in the Fallout universe). The casino families do not like this and have paid the Deathsong Brotherhood to eliminate him.

60-70
ACCENT:
NORTH AMERICAN OR SOUTHERN AMERICAN (TEXAN, MISSISSIPI, ALABAMA, GEORGIA). No exceptions.
TONE:
He's an old man out on his luck and should sound like one. I don't want a noticeably fake old man accent for this. I want a legit older actor or at least an actor who can put on a convincing older elderly voice.
[You see a person coming your way] [This is a good opportunity for you to warn them about the Strip]
(Friendly) (Wise) Hey there, friend. Let old Rusty give you a word of advice: stay out of the casinos. (Spiteful) They're a bunch of lying cheats in there.
[You're asked, "How do you know?"]
(Sigh) From personal experience, my friend. Why do you think this old man's sleeping on a bench? (Sad tone) They took me for everything I had and threw me out.[Person tells that what you're doing could get you killed] [You disagree]
Bah.. they're not gonna take mind to an old, washed up bum like me. They got better things to do.... (Grumbles) like take all your money.
[Person tells you that there's a contract on your head for what you've been doing] [You're scared and try to reason with them]
(Nervous) (Scared) (Sweating) (Begging) Wait, what? You don't have to kill me to shut me up, I get the point. I'll leave town and you won't ever hear about me again. Just let me go and I'll leave. Please![Person lets you go] [You thank them for not killing you]
(Grateful) (Heart racing) Thank you, thank you! I'm gonna leave right now. I'll be gone in before you know it.
[Person doesn't dash an eye to your plee] [You make a run for it](Yell) (Weep) (Heart Racing) Oh god! Please don't kill me!
