Thank you to all those interested in our project, however we have decided to close it off early, and have already chosen two new members. We may reopen this at a later time, but will be staying with this for now.
Yumeno Covers Recruitment!
Project Overview
We're Yumeno Covers, a cover group that focuses on covering Love Live! Songs in English. We're currently looking for new members to join our group!
Our group presently has six members that sing, and one other member that helps with behind the scenes stuff like mixing and animation. Unlike most Love Live! groups, we do completely new line distributions for all our songs, so we can have more than nine members! Our current goal is ten, but we may add more, or have less. We'll be listing five slots, but may not fill all of them. It makes no difference which one you put your audition under. We do suggest putting you audition under multiple, though.
That also means we have our own subunits. In our group, everyone is in multiple units, and the units have varying numbers of people instead of the standard three. We haven't decided for sure what our units will be, so if you have a certain idea for what kind you want to be in, write it in the comments!
Everyone is the leader of their own subunit, so be prepared to choose a name and theme for your unit once you join. All of our units have a candy/sweets theme, so keep that in mind. You'll also need to pick a theme and make sure all your songs suit it.
Ex: Cherry Soda - A unit that's bubbly and energetic, like it's full of caffeine. First song planned - Taiyou o Oikakero (short ver.) - leader: Fire
If you want to join our group, there are certain requirements you need to meet.
1. Have a decent mic. A phone mic will work, if it has minimal background noise.
2. Be friendly to everyone in the group.
3. Be active and turn things in on time.
4. It's helpful if you can do sprite edits, lyrics, mixing, etc, but none are necessary.
5. You need to have discord, as that's where our group does everything.
6. In your audition, we would suggest doing pieces of multiple songs, so we can hear you in multiple styles.

There was an "idol exchange program" where idols from all the different groups that entered the Love Live that year swapped to form new groups. Yumeno was formed from that. The members have traveled from all over Japan to be a part of Yumeno.
