Project Overview
I'm a creepypasta narrator on YouTube and I found a series under r/nosleep that is by far, one of the best series I have ever read. The problem is, while it can be read by a single person, it would be so much better/exciting if it were worked on by a team of talented narrators/voice actors. One of my friends recommended me here to try and fill the last 3 roles I need. This would be unpaid, but you can use anything you make here as experience or as a reference.
Total, there are 2 series (that both tie in to each other) that I want to see read.

Before you go and ask what roles are available, I want you to read both series first. I know that's asking a lot, but if read through nonstop, it'll only take you about two hours. If you can't read it all the way through, than I don't know if the roles available would be right for you because everyone I've talked to says this is so immersive and that they couldn't stop if they wanted to.
Now I have full intentions of playing the part of Zander, but other than that, all the female roles have already been cast. The main roles that I need filled are Clark, David King, and Detective Hernandez. There are other roles in this series, but if need be, they can be either doubled with the same voice actor along with a main role, or we can have 1-2 people play all the smaller ones. The second series is going to be narrated entirely by Clark just like the first one is going to be narrated entirely by me; so if you want to play the role of Clark, you have to have a realistic storytelling voice. David King has to sound sadistic & Detective Hernandez has to sound authoratative.
Once I have gotten all the roles filled, I'll add you into a group chat either on skype or something else where I will give you all the information I have had to leave out of here. We will also talk about about advertising, recognition and things like that, as well as answer any questions we may have for each other.

As I said with Clark, I'm hoping you've already read the series. If not, here's the jist.
David King is a fucking psychopath!!! That's not being overdramatic, that is literally how he is described in this series.
BUT....he's also highly intelligent. Which means he knows how to hide his psychotic tendencies from everyone except from those he wants to show them to. I want to see that.
"Hello Zander, out for a walk?"
"But I'm not going to kill you. That's the rule. I will not kill you, Zander. That would put an end to your ruined life, and that's not the goal. Now, you haven't put any effort into ruining MY life. Why not?"
“I told you I’d consider giving you advice in how to succeed in our game. Well, the time has come. I’m giving you more than advice. See, you’re no fun in jail. I’ve seen the evidence they have on you. You’re going away for a long time. I don’t want that. So, I’m granting you a second chance to keep playing.”
If you've read the stories like I strongly recommended up above, than you should already know what type of character Clark is. But if you were pressed for time or wanted to try out as him as soon as you read the first part, than I'll tell you.
Clark is a young adult in the first series, just getting out on his own, so he kinda has that "cocky new adult swagger" if you understand what I mean.
In the second series, he's a little bit more timid; he's not used to this type of lifestyle and very often feels way out of his depth. But as the series goes on, you definitely notice Clark growing as a character.
"It was at... I dunno, like 45 percent?" I guessed. I remembered seeing that the battery was about halfway in the status bar.
"Pack? We're moving this stuff? Katie, seriously, tell me what you know about this!" I stood in anger.
We both packed quickly, forming a stack in the room. It consisted of three computer towers, three monitors, keyboards and mice, and a three-inch stack of folders and papers. We carried each tower upstairs quickly and set them by the second story window. I removed my sling to help carry stuff. Time was more important right then than a properly healed gunshot wound.
Detective Hernandez has been doing this a while, so I believe his demenor is someone who doesn't get surprised too easily. Probably a gruffer voice, but not absolutely neccessary.
"All the fingerprints found belonged to each of you and a few other people who used to live there. According to the file, they've all been confirmed as past residents."
"The kidnapping is going to get top priority. That's the one case that has a witness--you. I won't be working on it, but someone in a different section of the department will be. The other detective will want to interview you today and get started."
"I can't check if they came from the intranet or not if I'm not assigned to a related case. I'd need permission, and I doubt I'd get it."
