  • Power... Countless crave it, few can claim true mastery of it, but all fear it. While the huddled masses of humanity cower in fear and pray to their corpse god, a deity as decrypted and as decaying as their Imperium, you choose a different path. Not a path of blind obedience, not a path groveling to your lesser, but a path of glory, freedom, and… power. That is what the Dark Gods have offered you, and that is what you have chosen to take for yourself and no other.

  • Perhaps you have turned your back on the self-proclaimed “light” of the Imperium, or perhaps you have always walked in the sight of the true gods, but regardless of where you have come from you now follow a powerful warlord known as Lord Nemerath, a self-styled prophet of the Dark Gods. Dozens of world have been sacked and transformed into tributes to the Warp Gods at his command, with untold billions of human lives being taken in their name. Soon the planet of Kuskorta shall be no different.

  • The campaign has be swift and one sided on this frigid little ice planet, with Lord Nemerath’s warband crushing the Imperial defenders at every turn. Now the remaining Imperial Guard of dug in around the capital city, turning the metropolis into an icy fortress. The Chaos Lord has a plan to win the battle in one fell swoop however, and to this end he has dispatched your band to take a remote promethium pumping station high in the Northern Mountains, with a force of 50 cultists in tow. Though this task seems odd and perhaps pointless, none of you band could know that this quest could be the first step on your path to true immortality. Ascension to daemonhood.
