Flowy the flower is the first monster you encounter when you first start off the game Undertale. Flowey is one of the main antagonist for most of the game but mostly in the neutral and pacifist run of the game. He will provide instructions on how to play the game in the beginning of the game and would try and share some "Friendliness pellets" which are harmful to you and will reveal his philosophy of "Kill or be Killed"
