"The Legend of Chara" - Extra Casting {CLOSED}
Project Overview
WARNING: Be Prepared For A Bit Of Reading.
Hey, everyone. Unfortunately, many of our voice-actors/actresses have had personal issues to where they needed to leave the cast, so there are several roles opened for this series.
WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?
I know that Chara kind of has a story told for her in the Genocide Route. Now, I have not played that route myself, but have seen others play it. Mainly, this series is about Chara and her origin, based on what I think. There are also other personal theories of mine I am adding in, but they are rather minor compared to Chara's background.
RULES
1. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SKYPE
2. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE YOUTUBE CHANNEL
3. If you are cast a role, then you need to stay committed, as this is an on-going series
4. I'm not too picky on what you record with, as long as you are clear-souding/have no static
5. If you are cast, you must be able to send me .wav or .mp3 files to my email address, I edit using Audacity, so please understand that this is one of the more important rules
6. I'm looking for actors/actresses, not imitators, even though the voices are not canon, I expect you to act out emotions and not just speak like a robot
7. The age limit is for ages 13 - 22
8. There will be profanity (swearing), so you must feel comfortable with that, even though not all the characters will curse
9. You must turn in lines on time, I have had problems with this in the past, so I'm addressing this issue now, unless it's an emergancy or reason you notified me about before the due-date, your role will be put up for grabs. Do not be afraid to ask me for more time, I don't bite, even though I seem really serious right now.
10. You are allowed to audition for more than one character, however, you will not be cast for more than one or possibly two roles

As for Papyrus, there is a possibility he will sing, but I am not sure yet, so please just sing the chorus of any song for him when auditioning, NO BACKGROUND MUSIC, please. Also, all the lines set may not be used in the project, they are just there so I know how your voice sounds.

I picture him as having a gentle, yet gruff tone in his voice.
"Undyne, are you sure we have enough standing forces to take her on?"
"I know what I did to you in the past was wrong, but I hope after doing this, you can forgive me, son."
"She has returned? I see...this does not bode well at all."
I see him with a little bit of a rasp in his voice, but also with a cute and gentle sort of tone.
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean for any of this to happen..."
"Hey, Frisk...are you okay? You've been acting sort of strange lately."
Sing The Chorus Of Any Song Without Background Music
I know that Frisk is gender-neutral, but in this series, Frisk is a girl, because I am not saying them/their to address her the entire time. Most people see Frisk as a female anyway. There is already a speaking role, but the singing voice is still needed, due to the original va leaving.

You can basically make up a voice for him. I won't be too picky on this one.
"Good morning, Sans. I see you've brought the entire crew?"
"(Laughing) Well, in any case, may I take your orders?"
"Ketchup, fries...and what about you, Papyrus?"
You should have a basic idea of how he sounds, but if not, just give it your best shot.
"Oh my God! Sans, is...is that a human?!"
"HUMAN! You shall not pass this area! I, the GREAT Papyrus, will stop you."
"As for your work, but a little more backBONE into it! NYEH HEH HEH HEH!"
