Doctor Jonathan Barkley is one of the major influences on Haven. He sits in his office, nestled up to the top floor watching down on the city like an ancient god. He controls everything -- every move, every decision that is made, they all are passed through him for approval.
His temper is that of a bon-fire with a as-of-yet compromised can of gasoline sitting in the middle.
However, Mr. Sanders's current project does not require him to be near any white room, or any project for which human error would be an issue.
Miss DeWitt, Need I remind you that I am not only the superior of your superior, but also the very reason this whole damn city has yet to fall into utter chaos?
