Project Overview
The world is coloured in greyscale. Its vibrant and alluring colours are locked away to those yet to find someone who brings their life luminosity. It is only when you realize someone, whose existence makes the grey world around you seem alive and full of life, that the greys of the world vanish.

This is a non-profit animated short I have to do for my ISU.

The first line is a narration, Lucian is narrating the life he lives in which starts off as black and white and eventually comes into colour after his confession to his love interest. The second line is the confession, leading into the third which is after a small silence.
Lucian does smoke, I don't know if you want to incorporate that into the audition...like giving him a somewhat raspy voice??

Ah, sorry...I...I probably shouldn't have said anything.
Mac identifies as non-binary, Female and male VAs are accepted.
first line: Mac is stopped by Lucian in the hallway, he's desperate and needs to talk to mac privately. In a hurry, Mac brushes him off and insists he has to get to dance practice.
second line: After Lucian's confession, the two begin to see colour as this confirms that the two are soulmates. Mac is extremely happy to see their lover's eyes in colour for the first time.
third line: Lucian is speechless and Mac explains that he doesn't have to say anything, he can read the happiness all over his face.
Lucian, I can't talk right now, I have dance practice.
Your eyes...they're so beautiful and...bright.
That's okay, you don't have to say anything. I can see it all on your face.
