Stellar Odyssey audiobook (Paid gig)
Project Overview
This project is to create an audiobook for a tabletop role-playing game. This audiobook will be based on a short story written by myself for the game Stellar Odyssey RPG which will eventually be going to Kickstarter later this year. The audiobook and game if successful, the cast will be offered money for their work on episode 2. We don't know if we're going to actually make any money, so we can't afford to hire anybody at this time. This will be a tremendous feather in your cap.

She loves the beach and swimming. Very athletic she is an avid runner. Always the woman, she likes to dress very cute and girly. Loves fashion from the Earth 1960’s, 70’ and 80’s. She dresses very classy too.
Childhood: Corkley grew up in the less-than classy Dome #5. She is the third generation of the family to grow up Martian. She is very proud of it too.
Favorite food: Steak (beef). She also likes sea food too. Clams, crabs, Lobster.
Note: Although, Corkley says she loves this food. She has never had any of it. The food is available on Mars but is very expensive. She has eaten veggie steak that tastes slimier to meat. LOCATION
Musk Village: Population – 3.4 million, Major industry – Military, Industrial manufacturing, Aerospace, Mining and Chemical production. Farming via hydroponics with conventional farms in pressure domes. Interplanetary Space Port is located here also.
The city is named for it’s founder Ardo Musk billionaire industrialist and futurist.
Mass Transit System: Underground tube system that connects all the cities on Mars.
1MarsNET was set up when the first datacenter landed via Mars cargo decent ship. This ship also was the foundation of the Mars cellular network and fiber-network WAN. The cellular data net is 7gLTE.

Life
on Mars is hard… Not the kind of life you would wish on your kids.
I had no choice, I was born here. It’s not prison… No bars,
electric fence. We do have cells, though. Freedom? Not like on Earth.
My
grandparents immigrated here in late 2025 via an open call for
volunteers and a big friggin rocket called, “ITS” system. The new
homeland and my current home is the city of Argyre. Initial, a mining
colony. Due to the discovery of silver and other such important
minerals. The city later became a mecca of Martian civilization and
education.
We
live in a big crater called Melas Chasma near the equator. The
closeted city east of us is in some other crater I can’t remember
the name of. Life here is spartan. If you are single and have a
regular job, you can afford a single cubicle domicile. This room, if
you can call it one, measures 1.52 meters cubed. Not much if you ask
me! Nearby is a communal hygiene facility. I suppose you can compare
it to a campground on Earth. This is my life. My parents lived in a
“Hab-dome” that is part of an apartment block. “Ward Dome” is
the fancy name for it. They lived in luxury compared to me and my
friend Sayo. She’s is my room-mate. Yes. 1.5 meters cubed is enough
for two… Bare. You must be great friends.
