Starting a band.
Project Overview
Ever been drunk and thought: Hey! I wanna start a band!
Well, I was sober... so it's BOUND to work out, right?
I'm K.A.I. and for some time I've been making music and singing bullshit. It's only ever been a hobby but I want to find maybe 2-3 other people who have a burning passion to make comedic and MAYBE some serious songs.
What can I do? Well, I'm a self-taught pianist so my knowledge of music, while not impressive, is decent. I am fairly good at making crap with FLStudio but I know for sure that I will need someone FAR better for any sort of hope at getting noticed. I'm a somewhat good singer but none of my abilities truely STAND OUT... except for songwriting.
So, what do I WANT? In an ideal world, a backup singer, a female singer, and someone who can make music from various genres. The only rule is, singers need good equipment. I, personally have a blue snowball that I have... somewhat improved. If you have anything worse than what I have, then I don't care even if you're the next Frank Sinatra.
As for MAKING music, I'll assume you already have good stuff since you know how to use it.
What sort of music will we be making? Think "ninja sex part". I want to write comedic songs that spawn from a random thought, like "Why do guys have nipples"?
If you have a passion for writing songs/stories/scripts then I want YOU!!!
Thats about it. I'll leave an audition for writers and one for singers. If you do good then I'll message you with a way to contact me... as in, I'll give you my skype.

Introduce yourself, give some examples of your talent, try to do a good few genres... s'about it. We don't have much need for live instruments but having ability with them always helps.
You're the one I'll be talking to most, since I'll be directing and you'll be doing the magic legwork shizzle. What that means is, I need to get along with whoever you are... so be yourself and it should be fiiiiiiine!
