Bio:
A spunky grad student from Spagonia University, Maddie is one of Dr. Willis' closest and brightest protgs. She joins in on this journey to help her former teacher and work on her term paper. But she is unaware of what wonders (and dangers) they will discover....
(concerned) "Well...are you sure this is the guy you want helping us?"
(mockingly) "Is THAT the latest stroke of genius by (faux-Russian accent) "the Brilliant Doctor Ivo Robotnik"?!"
(awestruck) "Wow...look at him GO.."
Age: mid 20's to early 30's
"Traffic jammed. Cars crashed. Vendors overturned. An entire community left in disarray. Both police and civilians alike are baffled by this stunning turn of events, trying to make sense of the phenomenon locals have dubbed "The Blue Blur.""
Eccentric industrialist who becomes arch-nemesis to Sonic the Hedgehog
Age:
50's?
Bio:
Wealthy industrialist and robotics pioneer, this self-proclaimed "greatest scientific genius" hopes to open society's eyes to the possibilities of technology. He dreams of one day building an automated utopia that represents the peak of modern civilization. To achieve this, Robotnik has been researching the existence of an unlimited energy source that will allow his creations to reach their true potential.
However the Guardian Unit of Nations (G.U.N.) put a stop to his ambitions early on. They found his studies unnerving and potentially dangerous, considering the troubled legacy of his grandfather Gerald. This, in addition to being linked to several animal testing scandals, led to Robotnik being relegated to designing domestic robots and toys for household chores and alike. It didn't help that few of his peers took his vision seriously in the first place. All except for a budding biologist named Dr. Willis...
(friendly, greetingly) "Ahh, there's my partner-in-cri--er...science!" (note: he was about to say partner in crime but catches/corrects himself)
(struggles, annoyed) "Feisty little rodent, aren't you?"
(firmly) "To live a life of power, you must have faith that what you believe is right, even if others tell you you're wrong!"
Sailor
(flirtatious) "That's a...beautiful ring you got on there."
(caught of guard) "I-I was just helping the lady with her bags, Captain!"
Has a thick Aussie accent.
(thick Aussie accent) (excited) "He stood about 3 feet tall. Blue fur, big tufts of it stickin' out of 'em like a...like Mickey Mouse with a mohawk (laughs). Matter fact, he was even wearin' some white gloves and a pair of red sneakers. Can't say where he got 'em from but...blimey, did he know how to use 'em! (laughs)" (note: being interview by news reporter)
"Distress beacon has been sent to G.U.N. Headquarters."
"Emergency. Emergency."
"Right, right. Doctor. Now let me see if I understand what you're saying: you want us to fund your little treasure hunt on an island off the coast of nowhere, to dig up some mystic gems that we're not sure even exist? Well gee, I don't see where that could possibly go wrong."
"Yeah I think we've heard enough."
"I apologize for this mix-up, Mr. Willis. It seems that perhaps you have mistaken our World Science Summit for a science fiction convention. I only hope we haven't wasted your time as you wasted ours."
