Skyrim Paranormal Investigation Video

Project Overview

Looking for a volunteer voice actor to fill a quick last minute role for a YouTube video.

The video is the sequel to the comedy one linked, made using Skyrim modding.

* A good quality mic is really important.

I know that this is short notice but there are not a lot of lines and the project is already nearing it's end. So this is a last minute thing.

This character is a Nord hunter (info on Nords),  Here is an idea of how the Nords talk in Skyrim. I am not asking specifically for this, but along these lines would be great.

Brenvan is middle aged, not particularily educated or intelligent. He makes his income by hunting and selling skins and meat and so is rather weather beaten and rough.

In this scene he is telling of his experience in meeting the headless horseman to a crowd of somewhat dubious listeners in a tavern, and he is enjoying the attention. So is making the most of it with a somewhat dramatic recounting of his tale.

There are not a lot of lines. He recounts his tale in a few paragraphs.

  • I was out hunting in the woods near Morthal (More-thal), night came early so I set up camp. After my meal I was sitting there in front of the fire warming my hands when I suddenly felt someone watching me.

  • You can mock me all you want, I know what I saw and I ain't never gonna forget that voice, as cold as death itself!

  • I turned and ran! Ran all the way to Morthal with the sound of hooves poundin' right behind me the whole way. Didn't stop...didn't look back...not once until I was safe in the Moorside Inn.
