Hello and thanks again for stoping by! As promised, I've got a finished shot to show off! Check out a gif of it HERE!
That's certainly not all I've got done, but it's the easiest to show here. If everything continues at this speed, I'll be able to put this out a day or two before the OCTs April 27th deadline.
That's right, the final draft of the script is now finished! Like I said in the last update, I'm aiming to have a complete shot to show off by the time the casting call ends. And of course, I'll be keeping you all updated as best I can right here!

Nissa has replaced the generic scholar! Sorry if anyone was really set on auditing for the nebulous plot-device character- Nissa is a much better fit.
On a related note, the script has entered the final round of revisions. I'd like to start animating as soon as it's done- hopefully I'll be able to show off a (dialouge free) shot before the casting call deadline, so y'all can get some idea of what you're getting into!
Candy Beam is an energetic and confident character. A "generic anime protagonist" voice would work very well for him.
Candy Beam is the character I'm competing with, and will appear in future rounds. I'd really like it if his VA was the same each round.
Wait, the Sky Forthress? Like, "destroys-everything-in-its-wake" Sky Fortress?

I imagine Nissa as having a cheerful, somewhat childish voice. A "cute" voice would be a really good choice!
