[Skin Plus] Dragon Sorceress Zyra

Project Overview

Zyra is a sentient plant that can summon plants to fight be her side. In her Dragon Sorceress skin, she is given a fantasy theme that replaces her plants with dragonlings. This project is to give an installable, in-game voice to this new skin, complete with brand-new thematic and lore.


"No one knew how long she had been raising them. But it hardly mattered. Soon, her brood would be insatiable, impossible to stop, and hungry for the living. Already they had begun appearing underneath the floorboards of the village near her forest, poking their snapping jaws from the wells and through the windows. Eventually, they would be everywhere. And no one would be safe."

Zyra is an area-control mage that creates children to fight for her. Her ultimate goal? World domination. Her motive? To create a safe place for her dragonspawn. They are one organism, but operate separately, meaning Zyra has to orchestrate their growth until they are able to fend for themselves without her. Remember; mother knows best.

Zyra's voice is deep, quiet, and full of barely contained evil. She loves her children, but it's compounded with her ultimate goal: To cover the world in her young, whether she lives to see it or not. Quick to anger, and even quicker to strike, Zyra's Dragon Sorceress skin puts a fantasy/horror spin on her, making her abilities summon dragonlings that serve as her attackers. In all, Zyra is always a few steps ahead but never afraid to rip someone apart, smiling the whole time.

  • [Movement]I am the mother of the brood.                                                   A mother of monsters... a lover of horrors.                                      Without me, they are nothing. With me, they are everything.                     Everything I do, I do for them.                                                  My young serve a higher purpose. As do I.                                 It takes a mother to know it.                                                My sacrifice will pay off... eventually.
