Story:
She's Just My Neighbour follows the character Jamie Willson as he starts to interact with the neighbour hood bully, that his sister (Cassandra) is friends with. Over time they become friends dealing with many ups and down within the story. The main problem is that she is still a bully and is hanging out with her groupies who don't seem to care about her, at all. He finds out that there is more at risk then he thought and shuts her out even though he is starting to fall for her.

- The story is 74 pages long, Audio Drama format.
- 13 scenes (1 per week)

Characteristics:
He is stubborn, loyal, think very black and white, and often believes in what others say. Jamie often thinks of only the good or only the bad no middle ground. He always tries to do the best thing which isn't what actually happens.His mood change quickly and the drop of the hat. He is very protective over his sister, and tends to believe what people say when it comes to social scenarios

Jamie is very protective over his sister, Cassandra. Doesn't original dislikes Ginny being cold to her, but later on grows to like her and have romantic feelings for her.

Energetic, hopeful, lost and always looking for acceptance. That is what is at Ginny's core. She always seems to have a smile on her face when ever she is happy, and she holds on to the idea of a better life then the one she has while she stumbles lost in what is right and wrong. She is a girl who is scared and is looking for someone wanting her, accepting her flaws and all.
Voice Notes:
Ginny is 15-16, and has a medium range. Her common tones are Joyful and demanding (demanding when she is picking on someone)
Other:
She thinks warmly of both the Wilson kids, being best friends with Cassandra, and seeing Jamie as the person to actually care enough to ask her why she's crying. Lyla on the other hand she doesn't pay much mind to, only thinking of her as Cassandra's friend and someone that she may hangout with.
