Project Overview

To whomever would like to work together,
First all, for all those that have clicked this casting call out of curiosity, thank you for coming. Let me continue by saying a little about the kind of person I am. I like to think of myself as a visionary with a large goal in mind. To put it simply, I'd love the opportunity to share inklings of the vivid worlds only my mind could live in. In sharing these worlds, the dream would be giving future generations something to grow with. Together, let’s make something that stirs minds the same way that charged us to where we are today. 

This is a casting call going out for those interested in participating in the kick off to a potentially long term series. Starting with an original comic, I seek to gather a team to create the official dubbing of what could be the start of a long list of glorious experiences to share. In this pursuit, I'm not seeking to simply create a team of people that work together, but a family that came together to follow the dream of what could be. One way or another I'm sure we may come to love one another's creative expressions and that will be the fun of it. But, working together wont be always be fun and games which brings me to the serious aspect of those wishing to work together. I trust that those that reaching out are willing to work together toward making the best product possible.


The story takes place in a fantasy setting, that in some ways relies on magical tools. The full spectrum of the world can be anywhere between "standard" fantasy to Magical(Industrial) Revolution-like. Meaning that the tone of the environment or the story can change in the future from beautiful to gritty. Following the day of a seemingly normal Courier, the prologue follows the catalyzing event that sets the world to opening its underbelly.

Final Notes: Everything mentioned here only covers the first part of a potentially large scale project. So, while the start may begin with little to no pay, there is room for bonuses upon hitting milestones upon release. In those circumstances, future opportunities will be guaranteed. In the case where some of you don't feel comfortable taking a leap of faith and would like to open with a charge in addition to your audition, feel free to do so but please keep in mind that resources arent infinite.

  • Don't lose heart!

    Hey everyone, I hope the day is treating you all well, considering the amount of auditions coming through, the process has been an exciting one. All your voices are beautifully unique in their own ways. While I may not be contacting anyone yet for the sake of inviting them to this project, keep in mind that your efforts are not being ignored. In good faith and fairness to the deadline, Ill be doing my best to not jump the gun and allot everyone a chance until then. In other cases, so that you all remain informed, the scope of the project will eventually grow beyond just the prologue and would make more voice talent necessary. So in the circumstance that your brilliance wasn't selected for these specific characters, trust when I say, your voices have shined for other characters that wont be introduced immediately in the story. Until then, I look forward to already hearing from you all then as much as I've enjoyed hearing you this time. Hmm... is there anything else? KEEP 'EM COMING! Loving your efforts.

The prologue lead and a smug character that progressively developed a change of heart. This character's transformation is from selfish to selfless and this is a transition that the audience should be able to feel. Think of yourself as a powerful youth that seemingly has all the advantages in the world to be the best at what you do, and you know it. 

  • At this point, its almost Highway Robbery... and I can already tell. Today is going to be a good day.

A rather serious and tactful man with a higher demeanor. While I haven't said much about him, have fun with what you'd like to make of the audition lines. I encourage hearing whatever vision you have of what I've put down.

Looking for someone who can handle making effective sounds to help immerse the audiences in the world. Having already mentioned the setting of the world, keep in mind the possibilities of necessary sound having quite a large range. If you honestly feel as though you can convey organic sounds as easily as you can do magical and mechanical sounds, I would appreciate having the opportunity to look over a demo reel and maybe discuss appropriate compensation for efforts rendered. Preferably I'd like to hear demos that reflect what you'd do for what you can currently imagine of the world mentioned in the description, thank you and I look forward to working with you.

Music has always been a difficulty for me. Of course, I have my own bias preferences toward some sounds, but I can always find an appreciation for the brilliance in executing the capturing of a moment. Every part having their own significance in telling a story, Im looking for someone that has the ability to link the kind of music they enjoy composing with the demands of what the story is doing. If you've ever felt as though you needed a medium for your talent, I welcome you to submit your offers. Like everyone else, this has equal longevity as working partners. But as things apply to this project, there will be a preference for someone that can capture an ominous tension in those that want to customize an application. Aside from that, I look forward to hearing some new talent!
