Today I am announcing the greatest tournament in Duel Monsters history, Battle City! This tournament will bring together the greatest duelist from all over the world, to compete in the most intense competition the world has seen.
If you lose to a battle city duelist, you must hand over a locator card, as well as a card of choice from your deck. No exceptions.
When you collect 6 locator cards, you are automatically in the finals of Battle City, the first 8 competitors to get 6 locator cards, go to the finals to find out who the greatest duelist in the world really is.
