Project Overview


  • NOTE: MORE ROLES MAY BE ADDED, BUT  I'M TRYING TO SIMPLIFY THE SCRIPT.


Hey guys!

I'm looking for voice actors for an audio series re-make of "Little Shop of Horrors" for my YouTube channel. 

I intend to see this through from start to finish, though i'm not sure if I plan on creating footage to go with the audio or not... I haven't quite decided how much time I want to put into this yet. I'm looking for voice actors who will follow through but most importantly have fun with this project.
This script is based on the 1986 version of the film, so you'd better be comfortable with singing, as most of the characters have singing roles. 

Please have clean sounding audio, I can clean it up a little on my end so if it's not pro sounding audio that's acceptable, just make sure there's no background noise.

This project will be split up into sections, so you wont have the whole script to worry about all at once. I'm thinking it'll probably be 8 videos long (Give or Take) as i'm trying to condense and simplify the script. 
I'm just trying to create a fun non demanding project we can all have fun with. But, please, upon receiving your script, try to complete it in a timely fashion... You don't have to drop everything you're doing, but i'd like to get it done at some point.

    Hello everyone, I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you who took an interest in my little project. Casting the roles was extremely difficult as everyone did such a GREAT JOB! You are all very talented and it made my decision making process really difficult. Thus far the project is going well... In fact, it's going better than expected. An older gentleman middle aged to senior maybe in his 50s, always stressed out with his job and employees. 

Give him a light Russian accent if you can. *accent preferred but if you can't  just sound like a crabby old man.

  • SPOKEN:Audrey, that greasy boyfriend of
    yours, he's beating up on you
    again? Look, I know it's none of
    my business, but I'm beginning to

Hes a crazy womanizing pain loving dentist (if you haven't seen the movie or play). 
This role has ONLY ONE song to sing, which is pretty easy to sing... So please don't be shy and have fun with it.

If you're not looking for a demanding long term role, this one's for you!

There's not much to say about this role. It's just a short simple role of a customer maybe young adult to middle aged.
You could try to give him a vintage kind of sound to his voice, but it's not required.
