Sander Sides Hadestown Au
Project Overview
Hey guys! My name's Aris and I'm looking for a few voice actors to help me out with a personal project I've been working on!
Recently I've been working on creating narrations of a Sander Sides Hadestown Au from Archive of our Own written by InsertCleverAceJoke. (Which can be found here--- https://archiveofourown.org/series/1075824 ) I just finished up chapter 9 but there are still 10 chapters as of this date left to do. I figured it might be fun to have some voices other than my own working on some of the later chapters!

What I'm looking for-
- ~Decent audio quality. It doesn't have to be the best out there but as close to perfect as you can is appreciated!
- ~Ability to send lines in a timely manner. I release a new chapter almost twice a week so I'd like to be able to have lines as soon as possible in order to edit them.
- ~If at all possible to either know the Musical Hadestown or have knowledge of the Sander Sides series.
- ~people who will have fun working on this project!
Other notes-
- -Though all the characters in the series are male, I am not looking for strictly male Voice actors! Anyone can audition! I care more about how you portray the character than if you sound like them!
- - You are more than welcome to audition for more than one part!
- - There is a good chance that if you are cast you will not work on every chapter I put out. Simply so I don't have to ask everyone to record practically every three days.

In this story Roman is the character of Orpheus. A singer who falls in love with Eurydice and later on the god of spring, Persephone. A good man who sees the world as how it could be, optimistic.

"I was going to sing for you, but I might have forgotten the lyrics, and I lost the- (was going to say music) so- I'm sorry, we can try this again some other time-"
"Virgil, you have been the best muse I could have asked for, the best part of me, my love. I was alone and then you were there, the moon and stars, eyes bright as diamonds, and I couldn't help but fall for you. I fell and keep falling every time I see you and- and I want to keep falling for the rest of my life, if you'll have me. Virgil, my love, will you marry me?"
"You killed him" (accusing)
In this story Virgil plays the role of Eurydice. A simple girl who falls in love with the singer Orpheus despite herself. A very practical girl who sees the world for what it is. Constantly struggling with hunger until she meets Hades, god of the Underworld.

"Did you even try to get some money so we could have food? Or did you just sing and dance and forgot you have someone waiting at home for you?" (Angry)
"I don't know if I want to leave him behind, though" (Saddened and quiet)
"No one I've ever known would have given me food and the option to be here without wanting anything back. Well, there's someone- but he's been away for some time now, and that's still one in a dozen. You're nice. Face it. It's just a good thing about you, like your hair- really dude, how do you get it to stay in place so well, I don't see any gel in it- or your smile or-"
In this story Logan plays the role of Hades. The king and god of the Underworld and the dead. Though he may seem cold and harsh at times he truly is a good man who can be kind and caring. Especially with his husband Patton (Persephone), the god of spring.

"The person who didn't let him starve! The man who didn't make him cry alone in the middle of a forest about to fall over and die! The only one in this conversation who didn't break his heart!" (Harsh and angry, he's in an argument here.)
"You act like it! This is my kingdom, my city. You're my husband, yes, but you're not as attached to this place as I am. You have a say. You don't get the last word, not in this. It's not even as if I'm hurting people- they're all dead, anyway, and only the ones that commited serious crimes in life are sent to the mines. The ones that were good, or at least not bad, are comfortable. I made sure of that. I have a million souls to take care of, Patton, I cannot stop doing that just because you don't like it." ( colder tone, yet almost pleading)
"May I ask what the god of spring is doing underground, in the land of the dead?" (Curious and kind)
In this story Patton plays the role of Persephone. The god of spring and husband of hades, god of the underworld. A very free spirited individual who spreads joy and brings prosperity to those he visits. Spends 6 months on the surface and 6 months with his husband underground. Though he loathes the Underground he stays to be with Logan, who he loves very much.

"Oh, don't worry with it, I'm Patton! This is a very nice place you guys have! It's so pretty, don't you think?" (happy and bubbly)
"I'm happy here! I love my husband, I really do, but being with him--- it can be a real downer." (Almost jokingly, it's funny to him but no one else understands the joke)
"Then go!" (Angry and upset)
In this story Deceit plays the role of Demeter. Patton (Persephone) 's mother, god of seasons and the harvest. Disapproves heavily with Patton being with Logan. Enough to kill mortal to try and get her child back.

"What could you do?" (smug)
"You were always too soft, Persephone."
In this story Emile plays the part of Hermes. The god of messages, a good friend of patton.

"The king of the Underworld pitied him. He didn't know Virgil was yours, even though Patton has told him now. Didn't even ask his name. Logan has always been forgetful."
