RPG LE HELP NEEDED IT BE

Hoi I brook and ima tell ya exactly what I'm doing here. So two good ol' years ago I discovered undertale, the indie rpg by Toby (radiation) Fox, and so ive been inspired to make my own rpg! One smol problem tho , ICANT CODE, ICANT COMPOSE, NOR CAN I PLAY MUSIC. I SHANT DRAW A WHOLE GAME ALL BY MY DANG SELF. That being said ima need lots o' sheeple fur le help. This game is still just a little tiny idea in meh head I haven't even come up with an objective T~T, lots of ideas will come in from the innocent souls that have decided to help me on da wae.  Also we shall communicate by email but pls tell me if you
