This is going to be a short Audioplay about an androgynous teenager named, Casey.
A person who speaks to their therpist about their past girlfriend, "Addison". They explain how it all started, and how it ended. And how he/she ended up here.

Addison has a smooth voice, she's a bit quiet but when around Casey she's bubbly and outgoing. But, she can sometimes go soft and loving. She does stand her ground and when she gets Angry, it's a storm. Addison speaks a lot in here as well just not as much as Casey. Please, say your audition lines from 2-3 times. I'd like to see if you can try different voices or altered tones to possibly enhance the lines.
(Loving and gentle) I've never felt this way before... I never even thought I would. Casey... I love you.
(Angry, yelling)
Casey asks angrily, "Why are you yelling?!"
Because apparently that's the only way someone is going to listen to me!
He doesn't speak much but he is very important. Christian introduces Casey to Addison. Kristian is very laid back, he's that one friend who doesn't do much in school and is most likely gonna drop out. But, he is very passionate about his friends, he will stand up for them and has a big heart. Kristian is smart, but he doesn't like to try, only if his life depends on it.
(Stoned) Casey, have you seen my cat lately? Last time I saw him he was like, 'dude, I'm outta here' and just flew out of the window. I mean, cats these days am I right?
(Concerned) I don't think this is healthy, you need to stop this Casey. And if I need to tell you what's right for your well-being, something is obviously wrong dude.
Adelaide is very calm, but is somewhat stern at the same time. She's also intellectual so make sure to put that into her words. Please, say your audition lines from 2-3 times. I'd like to see if you can try different voices or altered tones to possibly enhance the lines.
(Instructional and calm) Lay back, close your eyes, and tell me everything.
(Curious) You're telling me all these things and it seems like you hate her now, why?
Casey sounds androgynous, obviously. Casey pauses often, thinking before they say anything. They sound very calm, but can get very short or stern at times. Casey does lose their temper at times, so there can be yelling. Theyre also going to be talking most of the time, they're like a narrator. Please, say your audition lines from 2-3 times. I'd like to see if you can try different voices or altered tones to possibly enhance the lines.
(Soft, a calming bright tone. Remembering the look of their loved one) Everything was perfect. But, what I saw first, which is what I think everyone notices first, were the eyes. They were so, breathtaking. It was almost as if God himself hand picked those specific eyes for her perfect face. People say eyes are the window to the soul. I think they're right. There's no other eyes that can portray her soul as much as those glistening green gems.
(Stern, slightly angry but mostly sad)
After Adelaide Vera asked him, "It seems like you hate her now. Why?"
Because... Hating her.. is easier than missing her.
