These coaches are from The Railway Series, more commonly known as Thomas and Friends. They have no original voices, as they have yet to speak in the series. Have to be able to do different voices for this role.

Roger is a small standard gauge breakdown crane that usually does small jobs like loading up freight cars at the docks and shunting yards. But, he does help lift small engines like Tracy and Tillie back onto the track when needed. He's a good friend to most. He has no original voice, as he's an O.C.
Sure thing, Pete! I'll have these cars loaded up in no time!
Mornin' Calley! What's up?
Oh my! Well, I'm ready to assist!
The Troublesome Trucks (called Cars, originally known as Foolish Freight Cars, in the US narration) are always nicknamed so because they can be very troublesome, and love to play tricks on the engines. These, the Salt Vans, are the last ones I need a voice for, at least as far as I know. These should sound like either Ben Small, Christopher Ragland, Rob Rackstraw, Lucy Montgomery, Kerry Shale, William Hope, or Rasmus Hardiker. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called Prof.Punch

Hannah is a vintage passenger coach. She is Henrietta's sister. Hannah is rowdy, excitable, and near-maniacal, loving to fly down the line at high speeds. Bradford is an officious and strict brake van who adheres to every railway rule, no matter how minor the rule might be. Although he means well and does his best to keep the trucks in order, his overzealous attitude makes his trains commonly run very late. Because of this, the engines find him annoying. He is also quite conceited, as he claimed he knew how much the engines "appreciated" him. Despite his usual rigidity, Bradford also has a caring side, as shown when he tried to help Samson overcome his intense fear of fireworks. His voice should sound like Rob Rackstraw. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called JLRosieFan98

According to the Railway Series book, Oliver the Western Engine, Ballast Trucks were considered to be the worst of all for a long time. This was until Donald and Douglas managed to transform goods traffic on both the Main Line and the Little Western. In addition they stopped their teasing towards Oliver when he pulled S.C. Ruffey, their leader, apart. Their voices should sound like either Ben Small, Christopher Ragland, Rob Rackstraw, William Hope, Lucy Montgomery, Kerry Shale, or Rasmus Hardiker. One has to be able to do multiple voices.
What right has he to poke his funnel in here! We want Duck! Or Donald! Or Douglas!
(to Pop Goes The Weasel) Oliver is no use at all, he thinks he's very clever! He says that he can manage us; That's the best joke ever! When he orders us about, With the greatest folly, We just push him down the well... Pop goes old Ollie!
Take care with Mr.Oliver! If you play tricks on him, you’ll never be the same car/truck again.

After his incident with Oliver, he was rebuilt and wisely did not disclose the real reason for his damage. And sometime afterwards, he was transferred to Crotoonia to serve as one of the ballast trucks. He has no original voice.
Hold back. Hold back. And pass the word to the others.
Ooooh! I don’t like this!
Ooooooh! I’m comin’ apart!
