Julia is a serious character, she starts off as stuck-up and a little agressive, she’s sarcastic at points and thinks she’s better than others but has her own character development.
If you want to get a feel for the voice you can check Episode 10 of Yu-gi-Oh Arc V, it doesn’t have to be the same or similar if it fits the character and you have good audio quality.
