This is a soldier fighting for an army that has been pushed away from a territory by a group of people fighting to make the territory an anarchist state. This character is saying this to the bad guy. This takes place near the end of the story.
After all this time you still stand tall. Have you never asked yourself does the world really need this....or even does the world even need YOU? Your motives are flawed and shallow, you are afraid of structure so you tear it away from others and pretend it's for the greater good. Since this war has started I see the power you hold over your subjects. You take advantage of the people you say you'd protect. you force them to pick up a weapon and die for you. This is very dangerous, yet you don't stop. You continue to misguide people to make up for your flawed ideals and your fragile ego. You...are...the...villain.
