Small Production Team Wanted | SebasSeabass Shorts
Project Overview
Hello! SebasSeabass (me) is looking to create a small dedicated team of creative minds and talent to not only bring my short cartoon ideas/concepts to reality and bring additional life to my YouTube channel, but to also create a space for those who also have ideas for shorts they wanna create, meaning if we have the team, and you have an idea, we can work on it!
As stated, the goal of this team is to bring my ideas to life via glorified animatics, not fancy Glitch levels of animations. This is definitely gonna be a small poor man's team running on hopium, creativity, and because we got nothing else to do on our freetimes.
While positions, regardless of their status, will be volunteer based across the board, you'll get the benefit of relaxed deadlines, meaning you can work at your own pace/availability as long as you provide updates! I myself will act as director, producer, and artist on these shorts, so don't worry about me just asking for help and having people do all the work. I'm not that type of guy and WILL put in my 2 cents into these projects.

Producer
As a producer, you'll be FUNDAMENTAL in the creation and management of these conceptual shorts as they progress from simple ideas to rough proof of concept animatics! You'll be in charge of setting schedules (as long as they are relaxed), keeping the team in check, and if needed, act as talent acquisition.

Director
While I myself will act as a director from time to time, additional directors are always a blessing! As a director, you'll be setting what you believe is the best creative execution of these conceptual stories, such as how you want the project to flow, the path these stories take, whos in them, etc!

Writer
As writers, you'll be in charge of creating the best story you believe will make one of the conceptual shorts enjoyable! While sticking to the synopsis of what I and other potential directors give is necessary, feel free to include some scenes you find entertaining, who knows, maybe they'll be included!

Artist
As a concept artist, you'll be the one to give the internet the first impressions of these conceptual shorts! By going off prompts or scenes from any scripts, you'll show the world what the worldbuilding, characters, and potential these shorts have in store! No need to be so talented, as long as you can sketch them out, you'll be doing a massive help!
