[Pokemon Parody Animation] |Sun & Moon Multiple Casting| OPEN

Project Overview

Vision

I wanted to create a Pokemon parody animation in order to test my skills as an animator. While this project is mostly comedy based, I still incorporated a few action scenes and really breath life into my project.


I've had this idea in my head for a while now and I wanted to put it into action. Ash will be a main player in this animation of course, as he will have the most speaking roles. Pikachu will be a close second. He will take place in the aforementioned action scene where he battles Kiawe's Turtonaor. There are some gifs below of the action scene. 


Casting




This post is for an Parody animation for Pokemon sun & moon. I have the storyboard completed and around 80% of the rough animation completed and now I want to search for aspiring voice actors to aid me.  The main roles are listed as such:

Ash
Lilly
Pikachu
Kiawe

I do not want to TOO anal about the voice sounding exactly like the English dub, feel free to add your own flair. yell a little, put your own spin on the voices, be creative.  The only REAL requirement I have is that the character sound their age somewhat, that's all.

Basic Story

Ash arrives on Alola with his buddy Pikachu looking for a challenge. He takes to the nearby beach looking for a fight and when he encounters Lilly & Kiawe. After being challenged to a battle he takes on Kiawe with unexpected results.

When Pikachu battles Turtonator the tone will shift slightly to more serious. The battle will will be short and quick with a decisive winner.

Lilly appears in my cartoon briefly to interact with ash and play off of his foolishness. Her tone should sound somewhat similar to her english dub for the anime, but it if you feel like trying something different, go right ahead.

Ash appears behind Lilly and brags about being a "Pokemon master", much to her annoyance.

Ash is the main player in the animation and he has the most speaking roles. I have no preference in whether or not you choose to mimic the dub voice. I am willing to have a male or female VA for this role.


Ash arrives on Alola in order to challenge the island's captains. Once he is challenged by Kiawe the battle goes different than expected.

Pikachu is another main in this carton and probably requires the most effort to execute what I have in mind. Pikachu is challenged by Kiawe's Turtonator. He will do an attack akin to "Volt tackle" and will require the same lines.

Kiawe is a supporting role in this cartoon and appears to challenge ash. He is cocky when they first meet, but once they start battling his tone changes to one of bewilderment.


I would prefer Kiawe to sound like a male in his mid 20's with a slightly deep voice.
