Howdy all!
My friend and I are interested in making a podcast/audio comedy and we need a few voice actors who are willing to participate! The podcast will be bi-weekly and runtime will generally be between 15-20 minutes each time. We both have lives and jobs, so that's why it's only bi-weekly.
The podcast is about a rag-tag team of people who are sent by NASA to travel to Mars and terraform it! Unfortunately, nobody knows what's going on and NASA isn't as intelligent as they seem! Will they make it Mars, or will they fall victim to each other? Only one way to find out!
Deadline is tentative but we would like to get things going as soon as possible, so if you see this and are interested then audition right away! If you have any questions feel free to ask. Please do both lines if you can. Line 1 is a response to a NASA interviewer asking the character "Why don’t you introduce yourself, what the mission is and what your purpose is on the crew" and Line 2 is a response to the same NASA guy asking "what do you want to get out of this trip? Personally?" Hope you'll have as much fun doing the voices as we do making the podcast!

People who have auditioned for Lindsay and Winthrop will be hearing from my writing partner tomorrow! He wants to message you personally. The spots for Rich and Billy Bob are still open and we will take more auditions for them! If you have auditioned for them I'll message you with more direction for the roles. We have enjoyed all the auditions so far and can't wait to hear more of them!

Unfortunately, I'm combating a flu in my home and I have to make sure my girlfriend is taken care of properly. So we will be contacting people on Tuesday, the 24th instead. Billy Bob is a mix between your drunk racist uncle at Thanksgiving and Dollar General version of Bear Grylls. His survival instinct is so unnaturally amazing that people wonder if he's just blessed by God himself.

America is sending their best to Mars so we can bring democracy to the Martians there. Don’t really know what they are now, it wouldn’t surprise me if they are communist, though - red planet come on now.

Lindsay is the young intern who works for NASA and he is unfortunately stuck on this trip like the rest of the crew. Lindsay is one of the main speaking roles and we will be hearing a lot from him since he was the only official NASA crew member on the ship.
He is generally skittish/nervous, but is on a mission to find himself along with his masculinity. So female voices are allowed for this role as well.
