Chris is the main character of this mess. He is a somewhat childish and arrogant, sometimes making a quick-witted comment. But he does show signs of being intelligible. He has a distinct English ( British ) accent with a noticeable lisp.
(Excited) I knew we could find some clues! (Chuckles) Even if it did mean we got a little messy...
(Upset) No! This was my favourite sweater too! Now it has a big rip on the seam. (Whiney voice) Alex, can you help me fix this?
(Ill-sounding) Y-Yeah I'm fine. The smell is just pretty strong, that's all. Now if you c-could excuse me I need to go to the little gents room to barf up my insides in private.

Alex is Chris's best friend, unfortunately being dragged into this by him. She is very smart and does have a soft spot at times. Most of the time she comes off as cold and heavily sarcastic. She has a Scottish accent that sometimes makes her seem more imitating at times, especially when she is angry.
(Sarcastically) Yeah, I'll make sure to throw you to the monster if it tries attacking us.
(Angerly, sounding very upset) Because of you and your stupid 'mission', my friends at home have been put in danger! It was your stupid idea for me to hold onto the book and that camera last night!
(Jokingly) Yeah, the mechanics made it so you'd keep bumping your head. (Somewhat muttering to herself in a happier tone) Dork.

Chris's friend who was murdered. He is in the first chapter, introducing the setting and plot into motion.
Thomas has a tendency to stutter while he's speaking.
(Scared) J-John are you sure we should be going in there?...
(Unsetting angerly/monotone voice) This is all your fault that we're here. You're the reason we're in this fucking mess!
(Shaky voice, shaken up) W-We have to get out of here. I don't like this place at all! (Starts to sound like he is near tears) Please, John lets leave!

John has a German accent with a somewhat deep voice, like a teen's after puberty has settled down and they have no more voice cracks.
(Rude, teasing way) What? Don't tell me you're scared to go inside, are you Thomas?
(Scared) Thomas- Tom, please listen to me. Just calm down and we can talk things through- Just put the board down...
(Normal) Yo Tom! Say cheese for the camera! (Chuckles softly)

(Tired) Yeah, Alex, I understand about the camera.

Toby acts like a "fuckboy" type. Using gangster talk like, "Ya know?" things like that. He lives with Ari, Alex, and Mia.

(Tired, somewhat moody like he just got woken up) What the?- Alex get the fuck out of my room.

Mia tends to be very monotone and quiet. Although she speaks in a well-manner kind of way she acts like she doesn't care about anything.

(Quietly, just with an annoyed undertone) I don't see what the fuss you two are making about Alex's camera is all about.
(Quietly) Can you guys tone it down? I'm trying to watch my show...
