Project Overview
My name's Ridkey, and I'm second in command of Project 87. You probably haven't heard of us. The tl;dr is that Project 87 is building the animatronics as mobile, talking, game-accurate robots. There are 17 in all, ranging from the big bear himself to Springtrap and Spring Bonnie. Obviously this costs a lot of money, we're fully funded by our leader (a professional robotics engineer) and donations, but this has nothing to do with that side of the project. While we do need some more animatronic voices, we need a human character more urgently.
See, in addition to the actual robotics side, Project 87 has a lore. Set around (now after) the third game, the lore follows the attempts of a new group of engineers to rebuild the animatronics and the franchise. With the public's interest in Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza reignited and the murders a mere bad dream, the name and all patents and copyrights were bought out by a former childhood fan of the restaurant. Actually, most of the new generation is a fan or theorist of FFP. Phone Boss is not among them.
REQUIREMENTS:
-please have an actual microphone. In the past we've gotten auditions with webcams and worse. It doesn't need to be hd, so long as it does its job.
-obviously, record in a quiet with as little background noise as possible
-be willing and able to scream
-be stable enough to record, disciplined enough to record when we need you to, and comfortable enough to tell me when you can't.
-have a Skype and be willing to share it
-this is a long term project. Everyone here is 100% dedicated to it's success, even taking our lives into account. I don't know how long you'll be needed. It'll probably be a few years. Please do not abandon us, as once you're established replacing the role might be impossible.

An older man, with under 30 years experience in his field. While he tries to keep a veneer of professionalism, he cares deeply for his employees and tries to lead through example instead of through an iron fist. He's old enough to have seen the last run of the old franchise, and rumor has it he did. He has access to information and old materials that others don't, and is clearly suspicions of the animatronics even as they're being built. He knows much more than he's willing to share, that's for certain.
Feel free to interpret him and his voice however you like, just please don't mimic Phone Guy. Give him a different voice. We're also willing to accept a voice that doesn't sound as old as he really is. We'll just make it a minor plot point.
Please be aware that this description doesn't reveal everything about Phone Boss. His full story, and full name, will be revealed to whoever gets the role, and eventually in the lore too.
