This project is going to be very different from the other ones in this server, since it will be a combination of both Portable (for better quality etc) and FES (not all the FES cutscenes were included in Portable) and we with be doing both the male and female playthrough simultaneously, so it’s definitely going to be an interesting project to be a part of!
Persona 3 follows a group of high school students trying to cope with, understand and accept death in a world surrounded by it, as well as find their own reasons for living. They form a group called SEES in order to investigate the Dark Hour, a mysterious time period between one day and the next that few people are aware of. During the Dark Hour, SEES explores Tartarus, a large tower containing Shadows, creatures that feed on the minds of humans. To fight the Shadows, each member of SEES is able to summon a Persona, a manifestation of their inner self.
Rules:
* there are many characters that have no official voice actor so i am looking for good acting and creativity for those characters. I will give guidance on what I think the character should sound like, but I am open to something different as well!
* I would prefer good mic quality since I would like to produce a high quality dub, but i may be lenient on this matter if the acting is of high quality.
* I am very pro multicasting since it’s easier to work with a smaller cast than a larger one, so feel free to try for as many characters as you like
*if you aren’t cast as a character, you’ll join the project as an extra and can try for characters that come later, so don’t be afraid to try! I want everyone interested in this amazing series!

However, her kindness has its limits, as she's prone to mood swings and getting annoyed over trivial things, often expressing this annoyance with sarcasm. She is secretly very lonely even with her focus on bonds. After the Answer she becomes better and rude because of what happens.

Pharos' personality is lonesome, curious, and he has amnesia from the beginning when he doesn't address his name until the June Event. He seems to know about the Dark Hour, Tartarus, Shadows, the Ordeal to the next Shadow to every full moon (when defeated he will regain some of his memories back and his true role), and to know about "The Fall." In the female protagonist's route, he seems to have a little affection and attachment to her if the user chooses the right choice.

She is a minor character, almost an extra but she has a social link meaning she has a section that she has a big role in and needs an audition slot because of this. But she isnt important to the main story.

He often refers to the protagonist using the honorific "-sama," holding the latter in high regard and loves to go to his favorite store, the Sweet Shop.
He is a minor character with a social link so he’s important only for a little while. No real relevance to the main plot.

The treasurer for the student council. Chihiro is a very shy individual, she is not comfortable around men and has trouble standing up for herself. Due to this, she often has trouble expressing herself to others. It's implied in the game that the Protagonist is the first person she began developing a bond with. Through her Social Link with the protagonist, she eventually gets over her fear of men and even becomes very attentive to the protagonist. Chihiro is one of the girls whom the Main Character can date. One important plot point in her Social Link revolves around the accusation against her concerning missing money. Being the treasurer, she's the primary suspect. Over the course of the social link, she grows more confident in herself, and confronts the teacher over the matter (it turns out to be an accident on his part). Contrary to her shy personality, she has a tendency to make angry outbursts when pushed too far. As the story with her unfolds, it is revealed that her family is quite poor. She is also a fan of Shojo Manga. Her Arcana is Justice.

She can be strict and serious at times, although she doesn't hide the fact that she must teach about authors who she isn't interested in. She comments she is sick of her job because she has "no time to party T_T", although she wants to keep it anyway. When her students behave incorrectly, she constantly stops them by bringing up the fact that she will suffer the consequences as their homeroom teacher. She is extremely fond of cake and she at one point tells a student that they need to bake her a cake to turn in with one of their assignments. Other teachers at Gekkoukan have mentioned they would bring her cake whenever they needed to talk with her so she'd be in a good mood. Although she loves nearly all cakes, she doesn't like Mont Blanc.

Junpei is usually portrayed as goofy, perverted, immature and upbeat. He fancies himself a ladies' man and frequently tries to hit on girls, with little to no success. Despite this, he is capable of being kind and caring, and he often cracks jokes and calls people "dude" to make them feel better. After school, he is seen reading manga or playing video games which are his hobbies. His bedroom in the dorm is a complete mess with stuff scattered everywhere, as shown in a command console recording when Mitsuru suspects that there had been a robbery in his room, when that is actually what his room always looks like. He is also very reckless and hot-headed and rarely thinks things through, such as when he blindly chases after a Shadow when he, Yukari and the protagonist are on the monorail, leaving the latter two to fend for themselves until they catch up to him. However, Junpei does have his sensible moments as well, such as when he repeatedly warns Yukari that going to the back alley behind Port Island Station is dangerous, when she considers it an "adventure." His Arcana is the Magician, which fits with his immature personality and tendency to act before he thinks.

A cool and well-respected upperclassman, Akihiko is serious and determined, as well as cracking small jokes on small occasions. Of all members of the group, he is the most prone to sarcasm. He tends to show his excitement for a big challenge, something that eventually rubs off on Junpei. He is eager to train and fight, often to a fault. Early on in the game, when he is injured due to a fight with one of the twelve full moon Shadows, he will repeatedly express interest in fighting despite being unable to. This draws criticism from Mitsuru, who views Akihiko's eagerness to fight as if he treats their work as a game. At one point, Yukari even accuses him of caring more about having a good fight than doing the right thing. However, Akihiko is a kind young man who will go out of his way to help someone, which is shown when he was willing to take any chance to save Fuuka from Tartarus despite having never met her before, even after Junpei and Yukari pointed out that she had been there for ten days (or ten hours from her perspective) and most likely couldn't have survived. He also has an aggressive side but acts like everyone’s cool older brother.

While he is acting as the adviser of SEES, he is quite polite and sophisticated, never needing to change his tone or manner. He is friendly, always accompanied with a gentle smile and a set of bad puns and unfunny jokes to provide comedy relief when it is needed, and perhaps not needed. It is implied the chairman knows more than he lets on but nonetheless he is the main source of knowledge for the group regarding all things related to the Dark Hour and thus acts as guidance for SEES.
After the defeat of the twelve Shadows, Ikutsuki shows a very different side of him to the party at the entrance of Tartarus. Manipulative, his dialogue speckled with evidence of his twisted savior complex, and his lack of remorse for what he's done; he is far from the chairman SEES knew, something Aigis comments on if asked by the player a little after the event. He then becomes hostile, attempting to kill the ones who relied on him and thought of him as a trustworthy figure.

Description:
While presenting himself as a mere servant of Philemon, Igor seems to be far more than this. He was originally a doll handmade by a mysterious person, who became alive thanks to a magic ritual. Because of that, Igor ponders upon the question of whether he is merely a doll or perhaps even human. Thus, he shows an interest in human beings. Further on, he creates Margaret, Elizabeth, Theodore, and Lavenza, as assistants who pursue similar questions in life to assist him in the Velvet Room.
Despite his rather striking appearance, Igor bears a calm and courteous demeanor while speaking with the protagonists. Though the well-being of the protagonists is important to him, he reserves the disclosure of certain information for more "timely" points in the story. During conversations concerning the protagonists’ actions, Igor opts for rather cryptic comments that tend to foreshadow coming events and possibly the outcome of the story as a whole, regardless of whether or not those comments are at the time understood (which may be his intent). This suggests that Igor may have near-omniscience, though by his own admission, there are things that even he can't foresee.

She has strong feelings for Minato and this is what fuels her strange “journey” through the rest of the series, to find a solution for the sacrifice he had to make.

Rio is a member of one of the school's sports clubs and is fittingly very active, always giving her best when it comes to sports. Her incredible ambition, however, is also her biggest flaw. She urges the other members of the club to train more than they want and can in order to score high in tournaments. Despite her tough and often harsh attitude towards her comrades, she is moved fast and shows tears easily. Rio grew up with Kenji and she eventually developed a crush on him. As he likes older women instead of girls in his age, Kenji is oblivious to Rio's feelings. Kenji also describes her as sarcastic, referring to the way she replies during conversations. Also, Rio is good friends with Yuko.

Mr. Ekoda is arguably the most normal member of the faculty, not showing any eccentricities beyond an admiration for the Heian period and constantly deciding that the annual school field trip should be in Kyoto, claiming that Japanese youth have lost a love for their homeland. He tends to have a low opinion of the students in his school, particularly compared to people of Japanese societies in the past. He also seems to care more about himself than his students.
Isako Toriumi dislikes Ekoda. She once made a "small error" in her gradebook and Ekoda got "all on her ass". Toriumi thinks Ekoda "thinks he's all that" because he teaches history. Torumi wonders if Ekoda owns a computer and jokes that he probably uses an abacus.

As she is older than every other student, she always gets addresses in a formal way which makes her feel uncomfortable. Saori is a kind person, but has severe problems at interacting with others, which leads to her becoming a victim of bullying and false rumors by other students.
