Over a year ago I sent a large scale casting for my original RPG game which will be released for Steam.
Throughout that year I've gathered a large amount of quality voice actors and we've been developing the scenes. Of course with the long period of development people's passions change and I've had to resort to some recasting. We're at the final parts of edit and programming and not too far from release. So I'm back here look for some fresh new voiceover artists.
I DON'T HAVE MANY RULES WHEN AUDITION BUT HERE ARE A FEW.
1. I don't mind if want to do takes with audio editing, I won't turn away creativity. But if you are editing tone or affecting bass, tone or even using special effects make sure to send a take of the original unedited version so I hear the natural tone.
2. I always advise people to send several takes to show variation of the approach of the line. If you are going to do this don't send 20 takes of the same line particularly if they are have the same inflection. Mix it up a bit and show some variety.
3. Must have a email account to get in touch with you and either a Skype or Discord account.

UPDATE: 28/06: Our intent is to release the first part of the grand story as a taster of my team's work. A sort of advertisement so to speak. If successful the option is there for crowdfunding for the next part of the bigger story and potential sale of the next game. If all those things come to pass, I fully intend to pay the cast at a fair rate and will be completely transparent on all my revenues and expenses. But as you can see we're still far from that point.

SO WHAT I'M GOING TO DO IS INVITE CROFTERIA (BTVA), SHCOOPER (CCC) AND KLOTTEN (CCC) FOR A RECALL. I'LL GIVE THEM SOME QUICK NOTES AND ASK IF THEY CAN REDO THE AUDITION. Roland is the head of the Royal Guards and personal protector of the Royal Family. He's from a long line of royalists and has built on the reputation of the Cestus name. While Queen Cecilia is very professional and easy to guard the Princess Aria is the complete opposite. She's very rebelious and constantly tries to leave the castle but instead of being harsh on the young princess he's very relaxed about the whole thing and sees it from her point of view. In game he acts as a mentor for Princess Aria and teaches her how to defend herself.
Do you make a habit of ignoring orders? Didn’t I give you a task to do?
Of course not, you only want what is best for her. She will understand that one day.
I’ve been the protector of the royal family for many years now. With the reports from the outside world, my skills are best served out there.

Cecilia is the queen of Neras, the religious all powerful church of the continent of Ecclesia. Due to her ancestry she has the power of eternal life which has recently faded after giving birth to her daughter Aria. She's recently started to age and will now eventually die. Though she looks like a middle-aged woman she's actually 1021 years old. She's dedicated her entire life to service of the church hoping to lead the world in a everlasting peace, despite many things working against her. She hopes her daughter would take over after she dies but Princess Aria is the complete opposite of her. Her daughter instead wants to see the outside world and go traveling much to her mother's dislike. Deep Cecilia was a lot like Aria when she was younger but wants to protect her from the dangers of the outside world.
That's quite enough Aria, my decision is final! I forbid you to go!
I do not need to remind you how important your education of our history is to the future of Neras. One day you will have to rule in my place.
