About Oshiete! Galko-chan Manga Fandub (vol 1) Revised

Hi everyone. Welcome to the Galko-chan manga fan dub. This is my first time creating a fan dub and I'm very excited to get started. This  will be a dub of the first volume of Oshiete! Galko-chan.
Rule 1. Have Decent Audio Quality
Though I'm not a huge stickler for audio quality, there is a standard I would want everyone who is part of this fan dub to adhere by. In terms of mic's anything is open, more or less just don't worry to much about your mic. What I'm looking for in terms of audio quality is clarity. I don't want any background noise or a big echo, I want the audio to sound clean.
  1. Rule 2. Be Good With Deadlines
I plan on releasing videos that cover a few chapters at a time, as a volume of Galko covers about 20 short chapters on average. My goal is to release one video a week.  So actors should consider this when submitting lines.

so now that you know the two simple rules, we can move on.
The Audition Process
When auditioning; feel free to do as many takes as you feel you need. I will ask though; do not give multiple takes of the exact same line the same way. If you do multiple takes please mix it up. No introductions are needed in your auditions, just read the lines and you'll be all good.
The Audition Process Part 2.
This section is about the audition process on my end. I will check auditions very frequently and I will always provide feedback if asked.  If some of the advice i give makes you want to re-try your audition; that is alright, just know i will only provide feedback on first auditions. Please know; even if i do say i like your audition; it does not mean you will be cast. I will wait till we get a decent number of auditions for every character before casting that role. As much as an audition may "Wow" me, i would like to give lots of people a chance.
Doesn't Oshiete! Galko-chan have an anime? Why the manga?
This can be summed up in a few simple points. Editing together a manga fan dub is a bit easier; With an anime fan dub we would have to worry a lot more about a copyright strikes, and the manga has more material.
Galko-chan Is a Sexually Explicit Manga
Just a note here for those who don't know; Galko-chan involves a lot of sexual topics. In my opinion Galko-chan handles these very well and it doesn't make the manga feel sleazy in any way. Just be comfortable saying and being involved in risque situations.
I have nothing against casting people for multiple roles
Due to the fact that we have a lot of minor characters, I would have no problem if people are voicing multiple roles. A lot of the named characters have very few lines as Galko, Otako, and Oujo have most the lines in the story.
What is Oshiete! Galko-chan
Well if you've made it all this way and are unfamiliar with Galko-chan, let MAL provide a handy description for you "Oshiete! Galko-chan is a lighthearted and humorous look at three very different girls and their frank conversations about themselves and everyday life. No topic is too safe or too sensitive for them to joke about—even though every so often, Galko seems to get a bit embarrassed by their discussions!"
