Blue's clone from when she was taken prisoner by the Damphyra, White is now free of her cryosleep after the lab is abandoned. She considers herself to be more evolved than Blue and will stop at nothing to make sure that she, and in so doing the Hippocampi, are destroyed.
Shares her voice will Blue's, so if you haven't already auditioned for Blue in "The Legions of Damphyr", go ahead and try for Blue as well.
