His name is Sean Hare but he goes by Scratch, he is a 17 year old amateur criminal living in Chicago. He is well known in forensic science, criminology, and is aspiring to do any work in the medical world that involves surgery or a scalpel, but for now he is doing it illegally and without a medical license. He is a layed back sarcasm spouting teenager who is as intellectual as he is cunning, he slightly deranged because of his past but he bottles it up and covers over it with humour and cockiness.
"Dont go loosing faith on this, woman! Ive been working relentlessly to make a prosthetic functioning I might add, body to replicate your sister to your standards and I would appreciate another intellectual such as yourself to have a little bit more insurity of this."
