This Mosquito Girl is not really relevant to the plot of the episode, infact she has one line in the entire episode perhaps.
'YES, WITH ALL OF THIS POWER COMBINED, I CAN FINALLY TAKE OVER THE WORLD!'
Like Mosquito Girl, he only shows up and dies. This crab has a more psychotic/weird tone.
'I'VE BEEN BULLIED BY A KID WITH BALLSACKS AS HIS CHIN, HAVE YOU SEEN HIM ANYWHERE?'
Childish tone
'I only have this soccer ball to constantly remind me of such huge ballsacks I have.'
Just like Genos, his tone is on the more serious side.

Genos is a cyborg, with that he has a robotic voice effect. His tone is on the more serious side.

Saitama is a character that is never satisfied, especially in battle. I would love if you could put on a voice that sounds really unsatisfied.
'You know I was kidding about that teaching thing?'

'Hey Genos, what's the cheapest price for bread tonight?'
