Just some things I feel I should disclose before I introduce the project, a script has been written, and people of all skill levels are welcome. (Please have a decent mic)
This is a one-shot of the first episode of Nisekoi, that being said depending on how things go it could become something more than that, but for now officially it's a one-shot.
Obviously, I need voice actors, but that's the only resource I don't have. I have everything else I need, so there's no worry for anyone to call for 3rd party help, Microsoft support, Tyrone from down the street, etc.
I understand that I'm rather new coming into this, so I'm not expecting absolute quality in everything, but at the same time I believe that the effort should be put in for quality all the same. That being said, this project is a parody, but I want it to be a good parody. (Meaning if you come in saying, "It's just a hobby, bruh, no need to take it seriously." You'll probably be reconsidered altogether; that sorta attitude doesn't move anything forward, from what I've seen.)
As for the logistics of recording and sending in your files once you've been casted, I'll contact you over skype (Send me your contact details as soon as your casted if they're not already on your profile page). We'll work out a day we're able to record, and I'll direct you on your lines, live. Then you'll send me the recording, (.mp3 file is preferred, please ask if you want to send in a different file type).
And that should be everything, good luck, and don't be afraid to improvise with your lines, use a decent mic(I.E keep white noise down to a minimum), and have fun!

Hey, so good to see so many auditions. To be honest, I didn't think that this would attract that many people, and to that end I set the deadline waaaaay later than I should have. In any case, I just wanted to let everyone who auditioned know that I'm not dead, and that I've got a pretty good idea of who I want for which part. Glad to see this many people came out to audition! I'll be casting on the day of the deadline so it'll all be done at once in a big group. Thanks to everyone who's auditioned so far!

For the most part, he's a pretty chill character, but he definitely has some exaggerated lines for comedic effect, so being able to nail those on the delivery would earn you some points. Be a condescending old man.

Basically, he's a pretty monotone guy, but there'll be lines where you have to exaggerate him a bit. Also, it'd be nice if the actor were able to improvise a bit, as a good bit of his lines are inner monologues.
*UPDATE*
I know I said monotone voice, but I don't think that was the right word for what I meant. I wanted the voice actor to sound, "Jaded," to the events going on around him, and no matter how crazy a situation gets he just seems to have a, "meh," attitude. Sorry on the miscommunication!
