NEW WEBSITE IDEA! (minercoins.gg)

Hey, this is a different kind of project, I have an idea for a website, and would like it to come to life! This site will be based around getting free games and gift cards, I have alot of things to put on this site, you dont need to spend any money! I got it all covered! All I need you to do is make the website, I have little website making experience. So, my idea for the layout is a few tabs, the first one is the home tab, where it shows a description of what we are all about and things like that. The second tab would be the Prizes tab, It would have over 12 pages of prizes to choose from(5 prizes on each page) with each prize having its own uniqe price. At the top of the screen on there should be a little section for the amount of coins they have, I can make the coin logo, and I need someone to program the coin thing. they should start out with 60 coins(the coin thing will be in all tabs) the 3rd tab should be the contact tab where it has all of our contact info. the 4th tab should be the Earn Coins tab. where you can do surveys and watch videos and other things to earn coins. the last tab should be profile, in it is some catagories the first one should be refer a friend, where it makes a custom link and they can refer a friend. The second tab should be Premium. If you click on it it says "You can partner with us! We will provide you with codes that hold coins for you to giveaway on your youtube or twitch channel!" Then it has an application, when they finish filling it out and click send, it send to my email: [redacted] and I can choose to accept or decline it, if i accept it they unlock the premium page, where it has there coin amount and a task section it reads: Make a video or live stream about us, if they click the box it asks them for a URL of the video, then i can check it and if they did it they get a code with a random amount of coins on it, i choose. There is 3 more tasks they can do, the second one is Get at least 10 viewers to sign up, and when ever we detect that he did, it will automaticly give them a code with a random amount of coins in it. The 3rd one would be Put "Get free gift cards and games here!:(our website url)" and if they click the box then it will ask for another url  and we check if they are being truthfull or not, if they are they get another code, the last one is Get 10 users registered and if they do they get a code for 2500 coins they can giveaway, but not use. Also I should have an admin panel or something so I can have full control of the site at all times, I also want a live support chat, where they can contact on of our agents, you or me. it sends me a notification and I can respond.
