Project Overview
Hello! Glad you found your way here!
As you definitely read above, this is a Project for our own Online Entertainment: Nefaris.
This Entertainment mostly focuses on Covering K-Pop Songs (But may also cover Japanese Songs). Please note that we are a new Entertainment and still have to grow, meaning we will have some chill-time until we have enough Trainees to start the program :3

Anyone can Audition, no matter the age, but we ask you to behave properly and respectfully towards everyone.
What you need:
-Fill out this Form in addition to your CCC Audition: NEFARIS ENTERTAINMENT AUDITION FORM
-Discord! Very Important. If you don't have Discord, you will not be able to join this Entertainment, since all of our activities and Projects are announced here.
-A decent Microphone!!! We will not accept any Audios recorded through your phone or anything else with a similar quality. (Unless it's so good that we wouldn't even notice it's your phone) And please don't have backround noise...
-You will have to be good in English, or atleast decent enough to form proper sentences. (I'm talking about actual speaking, not writing.)
-Be able to pronounce Korean decently (Don't worry, you can improve this so don't let it scare you away)
-Be able to pronounce Japanese decently (Don't worry, you can improve this so don't let it scare you away)
-Have some common sense.... Please.
-Respect!
-Responsibility! We want you to be able to hand in your lines within a said Deadline (Unless an extension is given). We will not run after you for every single Line we need from you, this will have consequences if not done properly.
-Time. Please be dedicated enough to atleast read the Updates and do any given Tasks properly
-Please do NOT leave the Entertainment without any notice to any of the Staff Members.

Tell me about yourself. I need someone independent, able to manage things with people (talk to them about their project, remind them of deadlines etc.). You will not be in Charge of handling Groups/Trainees directly (unless you're their specific Manager), but you will have to be able to make announcements (of course only if these were discussed with the CEO and/or manager and rest of the Staff beforehand), be able to make polls for future votings and be able to make fair and good line distributions of a Song. We will also ask you to supervise some of the Group activities, so we need to be able to depent on you and have all the Tools needed to record Conversations between Group Members (if a Group Talk is scheduled|More information about Group activities can be read in the first Google Document above). We also want you to report certain issues to us if they bother you or think could become a problem in the future. Be able to give reasonable criticism and help People with Questions or Feedback(Including their Vocal Abilities).
If this Position is abused in any way, it will result in immediate expulsion from the Entertainment, this will be done without notice or further warning.
(Please mind that you will NOT be able to audition as a Trainee if you audition for this role!)
