Need editor for a music production based Youtube Channel (Paid)

INTRODUCTION
Hello! And thank you so much for spending the time to be interested in my small Channel enough to help out! I am Totodex! Currently a small and newer content creator on youtube, i of course make music, and remixes. Currently im still really small and havent really made much yet. But even then im trying to maximize my chances of getting the rng gods of youtube to choose me to get growth. So i want to improve the editing of my videos. currently i have no knowledge when it comes to editing, im pretty much just using online things to get my videos even barely presentable.

Pretty much while im small im willing to pay a bit to the person who joins me on this sorta luck based career opportunity. of course with me not having passive income however, i need to keep this number small. however if i ever get to the point of passive income that pay will increase percentage-wise with my passive income.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1-2 videos to edit a month, you will be supplied with a mp3 file and pretty much nothing else other then instructions on what i kinda want for the video. You will pretty much just be required to get that mp3 file to sync with a music visualizer, get background art, and finally, to add particle systems to the videos too. If you get this role, you should also expect to be pretty social with me, as an editor, you and I are kinda required to communicate a lot. Plus being friends will make things a bit more bearable during the harder times.

Requirements: some sort of previous experience. And some sort of owned software to edit with. (doesnt have to be like mainstream, just something where there isnt a watermark.)
Description: As this, you would work on every video i put out (i put out around 1-2 videos a month average) Through this what you would do, is take the Mp3 files i provide. adding a music visualizer, background art(s) and particle systems, etc.
Pricing is interchangeable and negotiable and will be per video. while the amount is currently planned to be fixed, once and IF ad revenue is made, a percentage will be considered instead most likely around 25 to 40%.
To apply, just supply me with either A. some sort of resume to previous work, or B. take the audio from one of my already up videos and do a mid effort 15 second long personal edit. Do note, i also require at least 1 screenshot of the project in software, to confirm that it is you who actually made the supplied thing.
