Project Overview
Hello everyone, I'm back again for another casting call! First off, I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to help me with my project. We are adding a few more characters to the story since the last time I did a casting call, so I opened a new one! Now there are a few things that will not be done or needed for a few months. If you could try to stay with me until the end of the project, that would be great, but I’m not forcing anyone to stay. You may come and go whenever you wish. Anyway, let's hop into the details of the casting call!
Please read everything carefully, check your submissions, and recheck this document before sending. Be sure to only submit in one way via email or casting call, not both. If you audition for multiple sections, have one email per. Thank you and good luck!
Story Description and Information For The Project:
It has been a few years since Twilight and her friends gave the Elements of Harmony to the Tree. They have been through so many adventures together with and without the Elements. Twilight knew, that even without the Elements, she and her friends would be able to overcome whatever was thrown at them. Or so she thought…
My Little Warhorse: Friendship is Broken - Cold is a rewrite of an old story of mine. I’ve always dreamed of turning the series into a dramatic audio reading. I’ve decided to rewrite it due to the original not being that great, but it still had potential and I wanted to show the world how much I’ve grown as a writer.
The following audio reading contains major character deaths, violence, and loss.
How To Audition:
For voice actors auditioning, you can submit your auditions through the Casting Call Club website, the Discord server, YouTube, or email me at [redacted]. (If the email isn't working, you can find it in the google doc on the video above) When emailing, please keep all auditions to one email. Do not send multiple auditions unless you are submitting one for an artist role and another for a voice acting role. Your auditions should be sent as an MP3 or WAV file. If you audition using YouTube, please email your audition or send it to Discord. If you are experiencing difficulties with your email, we may make exceptions, so please let us know.
You are welcome to audition for more than one character, but please submit them in separate files. If you are emailing your auditions, please label them like this: MLW_YourCharacter_YourName (for example, MLW_Fluttershy_ScriptSinger).
For artists auditioning, you can share your drawings through the Discord server or email.
General Requirements:
You will need an email or a Discord account so I can contact you off of this site. (preferably Discord)
Once you are cast, you must be able to remain in contact. Please let me know if/when you won’t be active due to personal matters.

Requirements for VA’s:
Please record in a quiet environment.
Please DO NOT edit your audio.
If you are auditioning for a changeling, please don’t use the voice effect. I will take care of that during the editing process.
You DO NOT have to have a professional microphone to audition, as long as the audio is clear and understandable, you can audition. This means no static and little to no background noise.
Please send a few takes of your lines with different inflections, but keep each character in one file.
Requirements for Artists/Animators:
You must send at least 3-5 pieces of your current work. Any skill level is welcome!
Please have some experience drawing horses or My Little Pony and/or backgrounds.
I request to have any animations/GIFs or any motion drawing/animation be in an mp4 format, for I am still learning how to use actual editing software.
Please send me examples of your recent work to my email or in the discord server.
Any work submitted is REQUIRED to be SFW.
Bases will NOT be allowed by any means.
We need 3-5 images between chapters, fully colored with clean lines. Shading is optional but appreciated. We can discuss deadline extensions if needed.
