ANIME CASTING CALL! I need one more voice!
Project Overview
I need voice actors for this Anime I'm making called Mercenaries. This anime follows the story of a girl named Anna, a 17 year old fighting for survival with her friends. The terrorists are looking for her because she has something of importance: powers. Anna was born with an ability similar to that of an empaths; whenever she gets really emotional she can unlock a power called a parallel entity (it's kinda like the Avatar state). The picture above is basically a timeline of her growing up.
Her mother noticed as a child, Anna was kinda... Off. As a baby, she would cry alot. As a toddler, she would have nightmares everynight. Then, around age eight, things started to change drastically. She was super tomboyish, loved playing hockey with her friends, and also loved playing rough sports, like football. Her mom noticed how rough and strong Anna was. In fact, she was stonger than both her brothers and guy friends. She was also starting to develop mucles. Then one day, everything.... Changed. Her mom heard screaming, and bolted outside just in time to witness a neiborhood bully being chucked across the yard by Anna. The bully flew into their car and dented it.
A few weeks after the incident, her mother found a professer that might know what was happening, and it turned out that she had the empath ability.
A few months later, terrorists attacked the eastern part of the United States. All the children were forced to evacuate, and until it was safe enough, the parents had to stay behind (kinda like that scene in Narnia). Her older sister, and younger siblings went to California to stay with their aunt and uncle. Anna however, had a different fate. She and her two brothers went with the proffesor, Mr. Grey, to the University Of Montana. There, Mr. Grey had more "stuff" that would help Anna understand her powers.
They stayed there for four and a half years.
Since then, she'd gotten a pixie cut, dyed her hair, and was forced to take self defence, karate, and boxing classes that Mr. Grey assigned to her. She lived through her preteen years and early teen years without her family, and it made her grow bitter and empty. A few years later, in 2015, her friends came to visit her... Only to find out they picked the worst day, because that night, the terrorists found out about her secret powers, and bombed the college. Anna and her friends made it out alive, but suffered bad injuries.
She and her friends were being hunted. They couldn't contact familiy and couldn't ask for help. So, they ran. They ran far away, and into the mountains, where they found a completely abandonded lodge, half destroyed by the bombs. There, they hid and lived.
That brings us to the present.
Phew..... That was long XD.
Anyways, I'm really excited for this to be animated, and I can't wait to listen to the auditions!

Ricky is a young teen (13 years old) so he doesnt have that "teen voice" yet. he is smart alec and doesnt like taking orders from his brother, Jake. otherwise, ricky is very smart, hes not the strongest, but he can use his whits to get out of sticky situations.
Id like this character to have a high pitched voice (hes not deep voiced)
"I know you think im a faliure......" (kinda mumble the words,but not to the point where its un reconizible what your trying to say. he is sad that his mentor thinks he is a faliure)
"thats not true! in fact, In fact, I wrapped my injury all on my own." (he takes pride thinking he did a good job, and is pround of himself"
"but..but back suport is boring! i want to be in the action!" (because hes a medic, he has to stay in the back, and wait for orders. and he hates that)
