Mega Man Zero Rezurrection is a fan made sequel to Mega Man Zero 4. It takes place roughly 100 years after the Weil Incident and those left after the atrocities have rebuilt and are living happily within their new home, the Inner Circle. But everything is not as peaceful as it should be when a mysterious earthquake strikes the nation. Shortly afterwords a mysterious figure announces that they intend to destroy all of humanity.
You play as X and Zero as they fight foes both old and new.
A Maverick Hunter who once fought beside X and Zero. He perished protecting the innocent during the Elf Wars. Given another chance at life, he believes history will repeat itself and will stop at nothing to prevent another calamity. He very much sees himself as the protagonist of this game. When talking to friends he is warm, but when facing off against “Mavericks” he becomes ferocious.

A scientist of the Resistance who helped Zero through his past adventures. After a tragic event, he lost his purpose and spends much of his time locked up in his lab. Seeing Zero once more has given him hope. However, it’s clear that Cerveau is hiding something from Zero. Voice actor needs to be able to show emotional range, including anger, sorrow, and excitement. Several scenes involve yelling.

Before Ciel decided to stage a coup, all those years ago, I was a weapons engineer for Neo Arcadia. My mentor made fantastic weapons, weapons that would protect and technology that could save lives. The weapons I was making… They weren’t made to protect the people, or for upholding justice. Instead, they were used to indiscriminately kill people if they didn’t agree to the rules Neo Arcadia set.

I do not think he would have liked to hear that. If his choice was to prove himself a better warrior than I can think of no other honorable way to die. It was his choice to put faith in his pride, to not disrespect his memory on some false notion that you can change what has already happened. Accept his choice, as he accepted yours.
One of the four “elites” who takes after Phantom. Can come off as incredibly shady, with a voice similar to the Merchant from Resident Evil 4. Zero does not trust him at all.

[Older Ciel, Panicked] We have fallen into a Maverick Ambush… I don’t know how, but our onboard systems have been overridden. They’ve surrounded our ship. At this rate, we won’t be able to keep them out much longer… If anyone can hear this, please send help!
