Auditions are now closed for final evaluation and casting. Thank you to everyone who submitted clips for consideration. Once we've casted our chosen voice actors, we'll be beginning work on the recording and editing in late February / early March for what we hope will be a late March release. After that, we'll be opening up another Casting Call for new characters we'll be introducing in Episode 2.

Velia is a thin and athletic turian with a notably large waist, tan skin and plates, blue markings and bright eyes. She is often seen wearing her googles, pilot uniform and a long red scarf.
A spunky and skilled pilot from the turian military, Velia was brought onto the G.U.A.R.D.I.A.N. programme during its inception for the specific purpose of being the helmsman of a starship in the Second Fleet. She is still recovering from relatively recent emotional trauma.

Drusca is a turian Primarch who was present during the events of Starfall's backstory.

Baris is a salarian with orange-brown skin and little yellow spots all across his body that go well with his golden yellow eyes. He is quite muscular and athletic for his kind, wearing yellow combat armour in the field.
A member of the salarian Special Tasks Group, Baris is an elite combat operative. Accompanying a dalatrass he was personally acquainted with, he was near the murder site as it happened. Calling in a few favours, he personally requested to be a part of the G.U.A.R.D.I.A.N. investigation team.

Dutch is a young man of average height with messy auburn hair, a scruffy beard, fair skin, blue eyes and a lean, athletic build. He's often seen wearing his C-Sec regulated uniform.
As a disgruntled but hopeful C-Sec detective, Dutch is assigned to the initial murder case along with a selected team.

Phaedra is a very short and thin asari with light blue skin, dark blue markings and somewhat milky, emerald eyes. She is often seen wearing darker and muted clothing while working or relaxing.
A nearly mute asari engineer, she was assigned to the CSV Ellida along with Velia, working in the shadowy bowels of the engineering deck due to a unique eye condition that makes her almost completely blind, but able to see a little better than most in low-light environments. She has many secrets, but no way to tell them.

Adara is a sapphire blue asari with lighter blue markings across her face, pale blue eyes, wrinkled skin and a face of regal bearing. She is often seen wearing a regulation matriarch uniform.
The Matriarch was deployed to G.U.A.R.D.I.A.N. as an Admiral of the Fleet. As a high-ranking member of the organisation, she is a stoic and strict figure who has an air of authority, experience and power with everything she does. She is the handler of the CSV Ellida from her position on the CSV Aegis and presides over their activities.

Ryker is an old, cynical krogan Spectre, eight feet tall and muscular with pale grey skin, dark grey plates and pale blue eyes. He is often seen wearing gunmetal grey armour, carrying his various weapons with him.
He is brought into G.U.A.R.D.I.A.N. to legitimize apologist Council interests and to lead an investigative team on a newly-acquired ship for the Second Fleet. Having once been a leader of a forgotten clan and was the tactical mind behind the budding of a new krogan nation, he was personally recommended for a position as one of his people's first Spectres.

"I have seen a lot in my time - more than any one man could ask for. I've lost everyone twice over and I know it'll happen again before I die. I'm resigned to it. Galen is a young, average-sized turian with tanned plates, brown and white markings, brown eyes, light tan skin and a lean physique. He wears a modified enviro-suit that has been properly fitted for turian physiology.
As an uncommon but interesting example of cross-species associative identity, Galen considers himself a quarian from a social standpoint. As a foreign dignitary, he was present at the time of the massacre accompanying a quarian ambassador, but was unfortunately in a different room. As an expert in communications and diplomacy, he was brought onto the investigative team.

August is man in his prime with an extremely muscular and athletic figure. He stylizes his brown hair by slicking it back and shaving it on the sides. His piercing blue eyes seem to command respect, and his skin, rough and course from years of a hard-working lifestyle, is slightly tanned and heavily scarred from his experiences in the Skyllian Blitz.
As Commander-in-Chief of G.U.A.R.D.I.A.N. and the Commanding Officer of the CSV Aegis, August is a very important recurring character in the series.

"I was once sent to the Citadel to greet a platoon that had come home from work, awarding the medal of honour to a soldier who had lost his legs and risked his life to save his fellow brothers-in-arms. And when I went to pin it on him in front of his entire brigade, he stood up to me and told me that he didn't want the medal. He didn't want the medal because the threat they were dealing with was still out there and he didn't feel safe. He didn't feel like he deserved it. He didn't want the medal. How many nights does that kid go to sleep!?"
